Four Sisters Cafe
I’ve been on a search to find the best brunch places in the area and heard a lot of great things about Four Sisters Cafe in Roseville. Turns out… they were right! Four Sisters Cafe is an outstanding place to enjoy a delicious mid morning brunch!
I love brunch because you get to choose exactly what you want - be it sweeter breakfast items or more savory lunch items. I personally lean towards the lunch items, but I’m happy to sneakily grab something breakfasty off of someone else’s plate!
Because brunch places tend to be fewer and farer between, the best ones are crowded and typically have long wait times. Thankfully, Four Sisters cafe’s wait isn’t bad at all - even when the restaurant is abuzz with people. We arrived on a Saturday during peak brunch time (10am) and were able to get a seat within 5 minutes of arriving. We were quoted a wait time of about 15 minutes, but didn’t have to wait nearly that long.
Four Sisters has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating area is large with big and comfortable booths while the outdoor area is nice and shaded with umbrellas. Both areas are great for dining in and I wouldn’t hesitate between either option. If you’re a photo taker, however, go for the outdoor seating as the lighting outdoors is much better!
In terms of the food, it’s excellent. Every item is prepared expertly and presented in a very nice way. The portions given are generous and each bite is full of flavor. It’s a hearty meal that will satisfy your hunger throughout the day.
Of particular note is the French toast. It’s thick and fluffy and dusted with powdered sugar. Another outstanding item is the bacon. The bacon is salty with a hint of sweetness that makes you want to keep going back for more. I ordered a side of bacon for the table and it was pretty much gone immediately.
You won’t find any special coffees here as it isn’t a specialty coffee place. So if you want to get your premium coffee fix in, you might have to get some afterwards. If coffee is a must, Four Sisters serves regular cups of Joe with half and half. Certainly not a bad option, just don’t expect Temple or Insight levels here.
Four Sisters Cafe won’t disappoint you if you’re coming to meet your brunch needs. The service is friendly and fast with food that is excellent.
